The location and the staff was extra nice, but they were a little low in English. Overall it was a really relaxing place
Laundry wasn't really good

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The hotel is in walking distance to Kuta beach, Legian street and Kuta square. That was perfect.
The bathroom wasn't that clean. We found a cockroach in our room.

The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet area, ideal for a peaceful stay. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The spa service is highly recommended, as it offers quality treatments at affordable prices. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
The linen in the room seemed old and used. Wi-Fi was difficult to log in to and the pool towels seemed old and tired.

Nice hotel. Upgraded me on arrival. I was paying $80/night and think the room I was in was ok for this price. Didnt see the room I was supposed to be staying in. Location is good, close to beach and nightlife although far enough away for it to be quiet at night. Staff always ready to help if needed. Overall very happy with my stay.
A little over priced but the place is nice and well kept. My room was located beside what I think was staff quarters as there was sometimes a bit of noise in the early afternoon - not good for a nap. This is a harsh critism tho.

Very central yet set back in a quiet corner. No need for taxi's as shopping and restaurants are all in walking distance. It's not a bad hotel but it's not a hotel you would go to for a great hotel experience, it's perfect for a Bali transit when you only have a little time. Breakfast was good too.
The locks on some of the rooms do not lock and there is no (hot) water.

The pool is great, with attentive staff and towels provided. The restaurant offers delicious meals at reasonable prices. The location is perfect, with a 10-minute walk to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants and stores. The hotel offers good Wi-Fi, good air conditioning, and spacious rooms with balconies. The staff is friendly, helpful, and speaks English well. The hotel also offers competitive tour options and a convenient bag storage service.
Felt free to seek any assistance, no reason to complain.

Hotel room is very old and filthy with cracked tiles and stains on bed sheets. Breakfast is pathetic. Not worth to pay the kind of room rate for this hotel.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Bali and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. the location of the hotel was perfect. Tucked away on a quiet alley just behind Kuta square, it was a peaceful oasis amidst the bustling city. The proximity to restaurants, shops, and the beach made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were exceptional. From the friendly greetings upon arrival to the attentive service throughout my stay, they made me feel truly welcome and valued. The attention to detail in the rooms was also impressive. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a large bathroom with all the basic amenities. The value for money was unbeatable, especially considering the included breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value, attentive staff, and ideal location.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I can't think of a single thing that could have been improved.

We've stayed at this hotel thrice now and it keeps getting better every time. Best aspects are the serene atmosphere, beautiful greenery, and a delightful pool to unwind. The hotel's close proximity to the beach and party area makes for easy exploration of this city. The restaurant serves lip-smacking cuisines, including eggs made to order and delicious breakfast. We were also impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and staff's helpfulness.

Good location; walking distance to Kuta Square and the Beach. Breakfast was okay. Staff was polite and friendly. Good massage and nice pool area.
The walls in the room were dirty and the sheets had spots on them (standard room). Safety deposit box only in reception and they were very small.

We spent our Christmas holidays at this hotel and we had a wonderful time. The rooms were spacious with comfortable beds and the pool area was clean and inviting. The location was great, a short walk to the beach and surrounded by many restaurants. We also loved the fact that there was a spa on site, which offered relaxing massages.
We did have a few minor issues during our stay. The breakfast options were limited and some of the dishes were not very appetizing.
